1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using Softiconic, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Softiconic lists many independent products from different categories — plugins, themes, and SaaS tools — and these terms apply across all of them unless a specific product page states an additional condition for that product.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your country of residence, and you must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts can be opened from any country we serve, though some currencies or payment methods may not be offered everywhere.
3. Products, licenses & activations
Every plugin, theme, or SaaS tool on Softiconic is sold under one or more plans shown on its product page — free, single-purchase, or subscription. Buying a plan grants a license to run that specific product under the conditions listed at checkout, including any site-activation limit, seat count, and billing interval. Licenses are personal to your account and may not be resold, sublicensed, or shared outside your organization unless the product listing says otherwise.
4. Updates, compatibility & support
Where a product includes updates and support as part of its plan, we aim to keep it working with current, actively maintained versions of the platforms it depends on (for example recent WordPress releases), but we cannot guarantee indefinite compatibility with software we do not control. Support covers using the product as documented and diagnosing genuine defects; it does not extend to writing custom code, fixing conflicts introduced by third-party plugins or themes, or general web-development consulting, unless purchased separately.
5. Customization & modified code
You may adapt or extend a purchased product for your own use. If you modify the product’s core files, our support team may ask you to reproduce an issue on an unmodified copy before we can help, since we cannot reliably support behavior introduced by custom changes.
6. Pricing, currency & taxes
Prices are shown in the currency and amount displayed at checkout for the product and plan you select. Depending on your location, sales tax, VAT, or GST may be added as required by local law, and any currency conversion is handled by our payment gateways at their prevailing rate. Business customers in the EU or UK may be asked for a valid VAT number to determine tax treatment.
7. Payments, billing & fraud prevention
Paid plans are billed through our supported international payment gateways or via offline bank transfer, which our team verifies before a license is activated. Subscription plans renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout unless cancelled beforehand from your account. We may hold, decline, or reverse an order and the license tied to it where a transaction appears fraudulent, disputed, or in breach of these terms.
8. Changes to pricing & plans
We may adjust the price, features, or availability of a plan for future purchases or renewals at any time. Where reasonably possible we will give advance notice before a price change affects an active subscription’s next renewal. Changes do not retroactively alter what you already paid for a completed order.
9. Refunds & cancellations
Refund eligibility, timeframes, and the situations we can and cannot refund are set out in full in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to stop future renewal charges from your account settings.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to circumvent license activation limits, redistribute or resell a product outside the terms of your license, reverse-engineer a product beyond what applicable law permits, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without prejudice to any refund terms that would otherwise apply.
11. Intellectual property
Each product remains the intellectual property of Softiconic or the third-party developer who created it, as identified on its product page. Purchasing a license grants you the right to use the product under its stated terms; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying code, design, or any bundled third-party assets such as images, icons, or fonts, which remain subject to their own licenses.
12. Meaning of "lifetime" plans
Where a plan is labelled "lifetime," it refers to the working lifetime of that product as offered on Softiconic — continued updates and support for as long as we actively maintain the product — rather than an unconditional guarantee for as long as your business operates. If we ever discontinue a lifetime product, existing licenses keep working, though updates and support for it will end.
13. Disclaimer of warranty
Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Beyond what is expressly promised on a product’s listing page or required by mandatory law, we do not warrant that any product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose beyond its documented functionality.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Softiconic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, data, or business — arising from your use of the platform or any product purchased through it. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for fraud or gross negligence.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if these terms are violated. You may close your account and stop using the service at any time by contacting support; previously purchased licenses are handled according to Section 9.
16. International use & consumer rights
Softiconic serves customers across many countries, each with its own consumer protection framework. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory right you hold under the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence, and where a term here conflicts with such mandatory local law, your local law prevails for that specific point.
17. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Softiconic is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise. We encourage resolving disputes informally with our support team before pursuing any other remedy.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our products or business practices evolve. Continuing to use the platform after an update is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms; where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to flag them.
