01 — Challenge
Printed menus are static — a price change means a reprint, and a busy floor still relies on staff carrying paper tickets between the table and the kitchen. Restaurants wanted a contactless, always-current menu without asking guests to install an app.
02 — Opportunity
Hospitality has moved fast toward contactless service since 2020, but most "QR menu" tools stop at a PDF behind a QR code — no live ordering, no kitchen workflow, no way to run more than one location from a single account.
03 — Solution
We built Reztori QR Menu as a full ordering system, not just a digital menu: a visual menu builder for the owner, a scan-to-order flow for the guest, and a live kitchen board that turns every order into a ticket the kitchen can track from Pending to Completed.
